The scope included complete interior demolition, careful removal and relocation of existing cabinetry, installation of new HVAC supply and return lines with dedicated zoning, modification and extension of the fire alarm system to meet current code requirements, and construction of a new partition wall with a secure exterior door. Following structural and systems work, we repaired interior drywall and exterior stucco, applied fresh paint throughout, and finished the space with new commercial-grade carpet and base. The converted room now provides Norris School District staff with a bright, modern office environment while maintaining full compliance with educational facility standards – all completed during summer break with zero impact to the school year.

Our team completed a comprehensive replacement of the outdated HVAC system serving the Arvin High School gymnasium in Arvin, California. The project included complete demolition and removal of the existing rooftop units and associated equipment. To accommodate the increased weight of the modern, higher-efficiency units, we designed and installed supplemental structural steel members.
