Advisory Board

Jim Damian is CEO and Principal Consultant at Linean, where he leads a team focused on strategic transformation and data solutions that help organizations align people, processes, and technology. His career spans revenue generation, digital transformation, and process improvement. He is a five-time INC 5000 honoree, a YPO alumnus, and was named the City of Bakersfield's Businessperson of the Year. Outside work he is a two-time Ironman triathlon finisher. On the Old Ironsides advisory board he serves as President, bringing an outside operator's view to long-range planning.

Marivic Louey is Controller at Kern Oil & Refining Co. in Bakersfield, where she has spent more than twenty years, advancing from Senior Accountant to Accounting Manager and then to Controller. Her work centers on financial reporting, auditing, and payroll for a Kern County energy operation. She holds a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. As Treasurer of the Old Ironsides advisory board she brings the financial discipline of a capital-intensive industry to a contractor's balance sheet.

Kevin L. Burton is Chief Business Officer at Klein DeNatale Goldner, Attorneys at Law, where he has led client relations and governmental and public relations since 2018. Before that he spent nearly eight years as President of the Adventist Health Bakersfield and Tehachapi Valley Foundation, leading fundraising and community partnership work across the region. He serves as Secretary of the Old Ironsides advisory board, where his focus is relationships across Kern County's legal, healthcare, and civic institutions.

Chad Rice serves on the Old Ironsides advisory board as Risk and Insurance Advisor.

Adam Belter is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Preferred in Bakersfield and part of The Belter Group, a father-and-son real estate team representing more than fifty years of combined experience in the market. He began in real estate as an appraiser in 2003 and has grown a sales practice since 2010, earning the Bakersfield Association of Realtors "Rising Star" award in 2013 and Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle designation. On the Old Ironsides advisory board he advises on finance and strategy, with a working read on where demand is moving across Kern County property.
