A tenant improvement lives and dies by two things: the lease date and the coordination. Old Ironsides Construction takes leased office, retail, and medical space from white-box — or from a previous tenant's leftovers — to move-in ready, on the date you committed to.
We handle the permit set, work with the landlord and property manager on building rules and access, and manage inspections so nothing stalls at the finish line. Medical and specialty build-outs get the added rigor their codes require.
