We are a commercial general contractor based in Bakersfield, California, and we self-perform a significant portion of our work. That means the people on our crew are not subcontracted out of sight, they are on-site, accountable, and part of how every project gets delivered. We are looking for tradespeople and project professionals who take that seriously.
Our projects include design-build construction, tenant improvements for office and medical facilities, commercial remodels, and public works for school districts, municipalities, and airport authorities. The work is often constrained by schedule, occupied space, or institutional requirements. We don't shy away from those conditions, we build our approach around them. If you do your best work under real pressure and clear standards, this is the right place.

Who we're looking for
People who run the work rather than watch it. We self-perform a meaningful portion of what we build, so the trades we hire are on our own payroll and held to our own standard. We look for reliability first: tradespeople and supervisors who turn up, finish what they start, work safely around occupied buildings, and hold the line when nobody is checking.

We hire across the field and office sides of construction — including carpenters, laborers, superintendents, project managers, and estimators. Because we self-perform a meaningful portion of our work, field positions are hands-on and project-critical, not peripheral.
Prior experience with school, municipal, or aviation projects is a plus, but it is not required for every role. What matters most is a track record of reliable work, the ability to operate in occupied or restricted facilities, and a willingness to follow strict project protocols.
Our project load runs year-round. Some public works contracts — particularly school district work — have concentrated summer windows, but commercial remodels, tenant improvements, and design-build projects keep the schedule active across all seasons.
