Project details
We replaced the gymnasium's outdated HVAC system end to end: full demolition and removal of the existing rooftop units, supplemental structural steel to carry the heavier high-efficiency equipment, new custom equipment stands, and complete sheetrock, ceiling, and paint restoration. New refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and electrical connections were installed and fully protected. The work was scheduled tightly over summer break so the facility was fully operational for the first day of school.
