Old Ironsides Construction was engaged by the Four Seasons HOA to address widespread cracking in the exterior stucco at their community lodge. Our team selectively demolished the failed areas, then installed a multi-stage stucco system followed by a new color coat to restore both appearance and protection. This high-quality repair extends the life of the building envelope and ensures the lodge remains a safe, attractive gathering place for residents for years to come.
