Project details
We transformed the 4th floor into a modern open-office environment: demolition and reconfiguration of interior walls, relocated HVAC ductwork for better airflow, a fully rebuilt acoustic ceiling, and new Systimax structured cabling for high-performance data. We upgraded the electrical with new circuits and energy-efficient LED lighting, installed new doors and hardware, finished drywall and paint throughout, and laid new commercial-grade carpet tile — all on schedule with minimal disruption to daily building operations.
