Converted an existing classroom into a secure administrative office suite — HVAC zoning, fire-alarm extension, a new partition and exterior door — completed over summer break.

Project details
We turned Building D-15 into a fully functional administrative office: complete interior demolition, relocated cabinetry, new zoned HVAC supply and return, a fire-alarm system extended to current code, and a new partition wall with a secure exterior door. After the structural and systems work we repaired drywall and exterior stucco, repainted throughout, and finished with new commercial-grade carpet — all completed during summer break with zero impact to the school year.
