Use of this site

Estimates and quotes

Estimates and quotes shared on this site or by email are good-faith projections based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on a site visit, scope confirmation, and any conditions encountered during the work.

Scheduling

We do our best to hold scheduled appointments, but weather, parts availability, and emergency client needs can shift dates. We'll communicate any changes as early as we can.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by service and material. Specific terms are noted on the quote and invoice for each job. The manufacturer's warranty applies to materials we install; our workmanship warranty is provided in writing on the invoice.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance and worker's compensation as required by state law. Proof is available on request. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed except as required by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, layouts — belongs to Old Ironsides Construction, Inc. or its licensors. Don't copy, redistribute, or build derivative works without written permission.
